The City of Basehor is hosting a 2-day Flu Shot Clinic at Basehor City Hall. The clinic will be in the Council Chambers located at 2620 N. 155th Street, Basehor, KS. DATES THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2022 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The City of Basehor is sponsoring two flu shot clinics this year which will take place on Thursday, September 29, 2022, between 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and again on Friday, September 30, 2022, between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the Basehor City Hall Council Chambers. The flu shot provider, Healthy Solutions will submit claims to the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Coventry of Kansas, Humana, United Health Care, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage products. Please bring your health insurance card and call Basehor City Hall at 913-724-1370 if you are interested so we may have an estimated number for the provider.
