Lansing city offices will be closed on Columbus Day – Mon., Oct. 10, 2022. Despite the holiday, City employees will report to work for mandatory training.
Training courses – including professional development and safety-related training – are easier to coordinate during a full workday. By dedicating a day for training, the City can reduce costs and complete required training for all staff.
