Friday, Feb. 7: Basehor-Linwood High School standout Chase Torkelson’s college team loses to Lynn Fighting Knights

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Basehor-Linwood High School standout Chase Torkelson’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. at J.M. "Jake" Rubin Park against Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
