On Thursday, April 17, former Basehor-Linwood High School standout Chase Torkelson’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, lost 13-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their first matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Pittsburg State Gorillas.
